Waist at Belly Button: 34.5″ (Down 5.5 inches from day 1)
Waist at Smallest Point: 34″ (Down 4 inches from day 1)
Hips: 36″ (Down 2.5 inches from day 1)
Right Thigh: 22″ (Down 2 inches from day 1)
Left Thigh: 22″ (Down 2 inches from day 1)
Right Forearm: 13″ (Gained 2 inches from day 1)
Left Forearm: 13″ (Gained 2 inches from day 1)
Right Bicep: 14″ (Remained the same from day 1)
Left Bicep: 14″ (Remained the same from day 1)
Summary: 90 days was over before I knew it! Wow! It feels great to stand in front of the mirror and see the amazing results. I lost TONS of body fat and gain TONS of muscle. I am very pleased with the results. Better than expected. The best part is that I got to hang out on the beaches in Florida during my last week. For once, I wasn’t embarassed and didn’t stick out like a sore thumb.
Here is my 90 day opinion:
P90X works exactly as advertised. I am in the best shape of my life. It is VERY hard at the beginning and takes a higher commitment than most people are willing to put in. If you are the type of person who is determined enough to completely change your eating habits and sacrifice an average of 90 minutes per day to workouts, than this program will be the best thing that has ever happened to you. If you aren’t quite at that level, try Power 90 first. Do your best and forget the rest. After completing P90X, I am a real beliver in Beachbody’s products. They work, if you do. This means a lot… I was a complete skeptic 90 days ago.
I plan to complete a second (beefed-up) round of P90X, complete 60 days of Insanity, and move onto One on One with Tony Horton for maintenance. I am even considering becoming a Beachbody Coach to help others meet their goals.
