Insanity – Round 1 -Day 5

Day 5: Cardio Recovery

Cardio Recovery is exactly what it says. Absolutely no cardio in this workout. It is mostly a run through of yoga moves and balance poses. There is a lot of deep tissue stretching and a good amount of uncomfortable squats. Although it was nice to take a break from the cardio, this workout is nothing like Stretch X. I was still dripping sweat by the time that it was over. Oh… And Warrior Three is back! I thought I was done with that one for a while, but of course it has to pop up in Insanity.
