Finally, I have a moment to post and update the blog. My workouts are going well. I have one last resistance workout and one last ab ripper X before I move into the last rest week of P90X Round Two. I am really going to miss my resistance days, but Insanity should be enough of a challenge to keep me occupied. As far as results go, I am happy. I was wishing that I had these results around day 90, but I hadn’t worked out in years, and I never really focused on abs before. It took me a while to develop those muscles. That is ok with me; I am where I want now.
They next few posts may be delayed again. Tomorrow is moving day, and I may not have an Internet connection for a day or two. I look forward to getting back into a daily routine. This moving stuff is stressful. The good news: I shouldn’t be too sore or tired after moving. P90X got me ready for a day of heavy lifting. Wish me luck.
