Round Two – Day 75: Yoga X
Round Two – Day 76: Legs and Back, Ab Ripper X Doubles
I am almost through hell-week! I managed to get my workouts in and am currently working hard on my final paper for economics. Moving has started and my apartment is half empty and REALLY messy. I am getting there slowly, but surely…. This coming week is hell-week part two, still moving and starting a research statistics class. I will be going 110% until the end of July. Hopefully, I will be able to get back into a day-day routine in August when Insanity starts. I may not be able to post everyday, but you will at least see double posts like todays.
Yoga X was an awesome workout this week and let me clear my mind; just like Tony says. Once you have all of the moves memorized, you can just listen for the next step and get through the entire workout without thinking. I need more of that in my life. Legs and back was good too. It is not my favorite workout, but it goes by quick. Ab ripper X doubles was fantastic. Every time I get done, I see instant improvements in Ab definition. Now that is what I call results!
Tip of the day: For P90X and for Life. When you feel overwhelmed and feel like you have the impossible in front of you, keep moving forward. You will get there one step at a time.
