Round Two – Day 71: Chest and Back, Ab Ripper X Doubles
Today was my final chest an back workout for at least 80 days! It feels great to be in the final stretch. I will miss my resistance exercises, but I want to give Insanity a fair review. I might consider a hybrid afterwards, but I need a change. P90X gets a little repetitive around fay 150. However, I am glad that I conquered P90X before jumping into Insanity. My buddy at work just finished week one of Insanity (he is a P90X grad), and he says he is feeling a whole new kind of burn. Thats exactly what I am looking for!
