Day 66: Rest Day

Day 67: Back and Biceps, Ab Ripper X Doubles

Monday must have been a great workout. I was still feeling soreness in my triceps when I went for Back and Biceps today. It felt good to get wrapped up in the workout and forget the world. I have been really stressed out and it doesn’t look like my stress is going to let up for the rest of the month. I move in about two weeks and don’t have a break from class or work. My life is chaotic right now. I apologize for not keeping up on daily posts, but I am trying my best. Thank you for still following along.

I am really looking forward to Insanity. I plan to order it any day now.
