It has been a busy weekend.. Sorry for the lost posts. Over the past two days, I have had to find a new apartment (my lease is up July 31) and find a roommate who was willing to move in and start paying rent by the end of the month. All that, while having to go to work and fit in my workouts. Posts haven’t been a top priority. I have a few minutes today, so i thought I’d let you know that I am still alive and bringing it!
The workouts have been great for stress relief, and I put on about 2.5 pounds over the past week. I think the mass gainer is working because my body fat has not gone up. I don’t feel like I’ve put on much fat, but see a little bit of a difference in my arms. It is too early to speculate, but time will tell. I plan on starting Insanity after this round (if all goes well with my finances.) It should start at the beginning of August, so my new roommate is going to get an awkward first impression.
