Round Two – Day 61: Legs and Back, Ab Ripper X Doubles
After my normal workout, I was feeling a little drained. I decided not to push my legs through a 30 minute run. My knees are still recovering from the last run, so another day of rest won’t hurt. Although its only been five days, I think the mass gainer is working. I am just scared of putting on body fat along with the new muscle. It made me think more about Insanity. I am looking forward to some good cardio without the knee pain.
