Round Two – Day 56: Yoga X
Today was the final day of rest week. Yoga is always nice, but I want to get back to my resistance training. I start a new creatine cycle tomorrow, and plan on trying to use this final phase to bulk up. I will be kicking my caloric intake up to around 5,000-6,000 using a complex pro gainer. I am going to limit my cardio a little to see how the gains go. If I start gaining fat, I will kick up the cardio. If not, the muscles will be growing. This is my first attempt at bulking, so it will be a learning experience.
Tip of the day: If you want to bulk up your muscles, you need to consume 3,000 calories per day above your maintenance intake. CLEAN calories. You can use cardio as a tool to lower your fat as needed.
