Round Two – Day 50: Yoga
I am glad that last week is over! It went into a downward spiral around Wednesday and never really recovered. Yesterday, I finished my weekly homework and completed a mid-term economics exam. Completing my blog post wasn’t even an option.
On the upside, Yoga was heaven today! It was really relaxing and I was almost in a meditative state through the asanas. I can’t believe it is already phase II’s rest week. This program goes by unbelievably. Although, I am going to miss my beloved resistance work outs, and ab ripper X doubles, it will be nice to squeeze in some extra runs.
Sorry that I haven’t been the best blogger lately. Life happens….
Tip of the day: Don’t think rest week is easy… It’s just a different type of hard work.
