Round Two – Day 48: Legs and Back, Biceps and Back, Ab Ripper X Doubles
First, I have to apologize for the missed post. It was a long and painful week so I decided to go to bed after my workout. I really needed to catch up on sleep.
Today, I caught up on the Back and Biceps workout that I missed for my physical therapy session. It felt good to get blast my muscles with a double resistance workout before going into rest week. Tomorrow, I am going to buy some insoles for my shoes. I will go for a long run after Kenpo, and hopefully finish up without pain in my knees.
