Round Two – Day 37: Plyometrics
Plyometrics felt like a warm up after the pain I felt from running last week. Luckily it was raining this evening, otherwise, I probably would have given into temptation and took off for a quick run. Since I am just starting off, I should really only be running every other day. That is hard because I am really excited about my new hobby. It gets into your blood quick. You really feel refreshed after each run and know that the body fat is melting away.
Diet went well today.
Tip of the day: If you decide to start running with P90X, I would recommend starting after day 30. Give your body some time to adjust to your knew 7-day per week training schedule. The program itself is a lot to handle and part of mastering P90X, is learning patience. Good things come in time. Listen to your body and keep pushing yourself; just don’t push yourself into an injury.
