Round Two – Day 35: Kenpo X
My knees are still recovering from last week’s run. It has been three days now, and I can feel my leg muscles growing stronger and more stable. They are still a little sore, but I managed to do Kenpo X today. The only move that I decided to modify was the X jumps. I continued jumping jacks instead. I didn’t even want to risk injury to my knee.
Diet went well today. I have a few sirloin steaks marinating right now. Really looking forward to dinner.
Tip of the day: Test the waters. If you are sore or have any injury, don’t be afraid to try the waters before jumping in. Do the exercise in slow motion and listen to your body. If you feel that there is a chance of injury, back off. If not, jump in!
