Round Two – Day 30: Plyometrics
Today was a nice hard workout. The AC has been off and my workout room had to be 80+ degrees. Besides the extreme heat, I have been dealing with sore muscles all day long. I am really feeling the triceps and abs from yesterday’s push. I was tempted to go running today, but decided that an hour of Plyo was enough for one day. Unlike last week, I was in my zone the entire time.
So today is day 30 of round two (technically day 120.) It feels good to hit another milestone. Last 90 days, I was asking myself if I could do it. Now that I know, I am just pushing on through. It is not like I am going to quit after 180 days of hard work. I might mix it up with Insanity, but this exercise stuff is addictive!
Tip of the day: If you drink a little too much water during plyo, keep moving. It will go away in about two minutes, so don’t wimp out and stop the workout. It really isn’t that bad.
