Round Two – Day 28: Rest Day
It was far too beautiful outside to spend an hour stretching. Instead, I went disc golfing and took the dog for a nice long walk. It felt good to be out in the fresh air. Tomorrow, I start phase II and throw in some running. I am really looking forward to getting a boost in my cardio activity. I will probably go back to ARX singles for times sake. Goodbye body fat!
Diet went well today.
