Round Two – Day 22: Yoga X
After running the same workout schedule for three weeks, switching it up to Yoga X on a Monday was a welcome change. I am not quite sure how much faith I put in muscle confusion. I know that switching things up helps avoid a plateau, but I am not so sure that it helps you gain in leaps and bonds as P90X advertises. I think that the slop for gains is much more of a gradual progression. We’ll see next week…
Diet went well today.
Tip of the day: Life is about balance! Even though I skipped Stretch X yesterday for disc golf, I skipped disc golf with friends today, for Yoga X.
