Round Two – Day 21: Active Rest Day

Round Two – Day 21: Rest Day

Finished my Strategic Marketing Management class with an A! Group projects are never a walk n the park, but somehow my team pulled together to turn in the paper a day early. That was a nice change. Today is another rest day for P90X. Since I am headed into rest week, I figured I would give it a break for a day. Instead, I went out and played 18 holes of disc golf. Lots of walking, lots of throwing. It was great to be outdoors on a warm and sunny day. I believe rest week includes two stretch X sessions, so I don’t feel bad.

Diet went well today. I am cooking up a big dinner and having a few people over. The sirloin steaks have been marinating all day. It will be a healthy meal, and I am looking forward to it.

Tip of the day: You do P90X in order to enjoy a long and healthy life. Get outside and live it once in a while, even if that means skipping a stretch X here and there.

  1. Preach it. I do P90X so I have the strength and stamina for the fun stuff like tennis, swimming or in your case disc golf. Get out and enjoy the weather!

  2. I hear ya. Skipped a yoga this rest week because I was throwing a bridal shower, which was a 10 hour workout 🙂

Congrats on the A, group projects are always fun. Was it a case study?

    • Wow; I don’t even want to know what goes into organizing a bridal shower. But, you probably rocked it out!

Thank you for the congrats! It sure was a case study. Group projects are usually the worst!
I always get stuck with other peoples work at the last minute.
But, this time my entire team was responsible.
We even turned in the paper a day early. Amazing!

Next up, economics. Hopefully, I will survive….
