Round Two – Day 17: Arms and Shoulders, Ab Ripper X Doubles (ARX Twice)
Arms and shoulders felt great today. I love working on building the triceps and always feel like I walk away from this workout with guns. As you noticed, I failed to keep up on intervals this week. I am feeling a little guilty, but this is my last week of my current MBA class and I have been working my butt off on the final paper. Almost done!
Diet is going well this week. Eating tons of protein and I am in my maintenance stage for creatine.
Tip of the day: Tony tells the truth. Set a goal and do your best. Although, I couldn’t get to my interval goal this week, I did my best.
