Round Two – Day 16: Plyometrics

Today I am worn out. My battery is drained and doing Plyometrics was killer! It seems like it is much harder to get my heart rate up when I have less energy. I was keeping pace with Tony throughout the entire workout. His zone is much lower than mine because he is twice my age. Hopefully next week will go better.

Also, I was looking through my dvds today and noticed that there are two bonus work outs on the “watch this first” disc. One of them is power 90 cardio intervals. I am excited to get some time to try it out.

Diet went well today.

Tip of the day: If you are wiped out and have to drag through a workout, do it! Push pause, take breaks, just keep going and you will get to your goal.
