Round Two – Day 13: Kenpo X

Today’s workout was kickin’ my butt. P90X cardio workouts are funny because they fluctuate in intensity. Some days they are too easy, and then out of no where… they give you a challenge. Today was definitely one of those days. My heart rate hovered around 180 the whole time and I focused on keep things intense. When it was all said and done, I felt like I had accomplished something.

Diet went well today. Since I did not have to work, I cooked up with whole wheat spaghetti with ground turkey and a little bit of tomato sauce. Delicious!

Tip of the day: Don’t underestimate your cardio. Some people complain that Kenpo is too easy and decide to skip it. Cardio is such an important part of P90X. You ned it to help drop your body fat. Do your cardio kids!
