Round Two – Day 9: Plyometrics

Throughout tonight’s plyo workout, my heart rate was through the roof: 175+ for almost the whole time. I felt the calories dripping away. Plyometrics doesn’t always keep me in my zone, so tonight was a good night. I have a feeling that tonight’s heart rate was somewhat due to my diet.

A few days ago, I talked about using a mass gainer. I wasn’t quite sure if that was the right thing to do for my goal of a six pack by the end of round two. I sought advice, and found out that it was not what I wanted. Instead, I needed to cut my carbs and get back to the fat shredder phase. I need to BURN BURN BURN to get that six pack. Once I am around 7 or 8% body fat, then I can start to build in a lean and methodical way without gaining fat. If you have any questions about your diets and goals, feel free to leave a comment. Tip of the day: One size does not fit all. Although the diet guide is a good start, it it not customized to meet anyones individual needs. You need to adjust your diet to meet your goals. If you want to get RIPPED, you need to cut all of the fat off of your body before you start to build.
