Round Two – Day 7: Stretch X

At the start of my second round, my plan was to do intervals for cardio on weekdays and take the weekends off. I can’t do it. The more I exercise, the more I want. So, I decided to do Stretch X on my rest day. It felt nice to take it slow and still be active. It gave me that little extra energy to start the day off right.

It is early on in the day, but diet is good.

Tip of the day: Time your workouts to take advantage of the natural energy boost that you get immediately afterwards. I usually workout right after I get off of work. It gives me energy to enjoy the rest of my night and avoid crashing out with a nap.
