Round Two – Day 6: Kenpo X

Well, I just couldn’t follow my initial plan to take the weekends off. This exercise and health stuff is addicting! I just didn’t feel good until I got my fix of Kenpo X. Now I have much more energy and I am ready for the world. As far as Kenpo X goes, I was having a hard time keeping my heart rate up, but I still got in a good sweat. It felt good, went fast, and I had fun.

You may have noticed a few changes to the blog. Olderguy gave me some advice on updating my calendar to the 90 day rounds, and I stumbled across a blog that had an Amazon wish list set up. Fun idea, although I am not really expecting that anyone will ever purchase anything. Its kind of like playing the lottery. If you don’t have a ticket… you don’t even have a chance at winning.

Diet went well today.

Tip of the day: As I took pictures today, all I could say is wow! I really can’t believe that is my body, and know that it is only going to get better from here. If you are thinking about trying P90X, early on in the program, or have finished a round and have not met your goal, KEEP GOING. It is an extremely healthy way to get results and move towards an active lifestyle. If I can do it, you can do it!
