Round Two – Day 5: 30 minutes interval training, P90X Legs and Back, Ab Ripper X Doubles
I was pulling up to the finish line of my second Ab Ripper X session and I started to wonder: Am I going to get the results that I am looking for during this second round? Did I somehow hit a plateau at 90 days and won’t know it until its too late? I know it is a little crazy to worry about, but I am pushing myself REALLY hard this round and need to believe that I am going to come out on top. I guess I need to reassure myself that P90X works. I trusted the program for the first 90 days, why wouldn’t it work for the second 90?
Diet went well today. I am doing so good and it is easy because I have developed good eating habits over round one. My coworkers think that I am a little nuts because I eat the same thing everyday and nothing that I eat looks appetizing to them. They don’t understand that I don’t really eat for taste anymore. Its all fuel to me and I need high octane to get through this second round!
Tip of the day: Regain your faith! P90X has worked for thousands of people, myself included. If I dropped over 20 lbs and 10% body fat in the first 90 days, there is no reason that I won’t see awesome results in round two. If this is your first round, I promise that you will be blown away on day 90 as long as you keep pushing play.
