Round Two – Day 2: 30 mins. of elliptical Intervals and P90X Plyometrics
Plyometrics was great today! My heart rate was through the roof and I was dripping sweat like a faucet. I felt those calories burning away. Summer is nearly here, but I haven’t turned on the AC in my apartment yet. In addition, my workout room faces west so it is the hottest room in the evening. I am enjoying the poor man’s sweat room for now. It really makes my workouts intense.
Diet went will today. Still eating the same thing everyday.
Tip of the day: Don’t let your diet slip. If you want real results, you need to be just as intense about your diet as you are about your workouts.
