Day 79 A.M.: Yoga X
It felt good to kick off the day with some good old fashioned hard work. The stretching wasn’t bad either. I am looking forward to going all out this week. I am sure it will be tough, but with a little extra fuel each day, I should be able to do it with no problem. I also thought about adding high-intensity interval training on the treadmill or stairs to top of my week of craziness. We will see if I have enough energy for that.
Day 79 P.M.: Plyometrics
Woohoo! I pushed through plyo tonight and reached my goal for the day. Was it tough? Very!
Last week I complained about plyo being a little too easy. Difficulty was back up to normal today. I was in my zone for most of the workout and dripping sweat by the end of the hour. It felt REALLY good. I believe that tomorrow morning is Kenpo X. I better get some homework done and go to bed early.
Diet went well today.
Tip of the day: If you are crazy like me and decide to double your workouts, make sure that you eat more food. Plyometrics alone has been known to burn over 1,000 calories!
