Day 78: Chest, Shoulders and Triceps, Ab Ripper X (ARX twice)
I am motivated and ready to get my butt kicked this week!
I kicked off the week by completing Ab Ripper X twice with my exercise. It was tough, but not as tough as I thought it would be. I started my workout by popping in the single Ab Ripper X DVD, switched to Chest, Shoulders and Triceps, then completed the second round of Ab Ripper X.
I have been really depressed over the past few days, so pushing myself hard felt good. I can pull through this week and come out with the results I want. I just have to stay motivated.
Diet went well today.
Tip of the day: Your effort is going to match your attitude. You need to bring it mentally, in order to succeed physically. Set your goals high!
