Day 70: Rest Day (Sunday, April 11, 2010 – Had a busy weekend so I did not do Stretch X)
Day 71: Chest and Back, Ab Ripper X (April 12, 2010, also made up Kenpo X today! Double Workout.)
Well, I am back. Sorry for the missed post yesterday. This weekend was a little crazy, so I had to make up Kenpo X before I started Chest and Back, with Ab Ripper X. I had a rough weekend and working out really did make me feel better. I am caught up on life and ready to get back to my normal schedule. I also put a lot of thought into trying Insanity. I am really happy with my P90X results. I am still losing weight at a constant rate, but I am thinking that Insanity might be the fastest way to get under 10% body fat. I am still undecided but examining my options.
Diet went well today.
Tip of the day: If you are having a rough day, exercise really does improve your mood. Don’t make excuses not to work out. Push play and your day really will get better.
