Day 61: Legs and Back, Ab Ripper X
Finishing up week one of Phase III, I am excited to switch my resistance exercises up and feel sore all over again. It was a long week and tonight’s workout was tough. I am just about out of energy and ready for bed. Sorry to cut the post short, but my eyes are closing as I type. I am ready to sleep in tomorrow!
Diet was good.
Tip of the day: Be careful about mixing energy supplements with legs and back. Although it is resistance, it is pretty fast paced. Some energy supplements are hard to stomach when moving around a lot.
