Day 58: Plyometrics
I am happy to say that I was extremely sore today. My shoulders, back, and most importantly, abs, have been sore like they were in week one. I am not sure if this is the creatine going to work, or muscle confusion, but it felt GREAT! Soreness equals results in P90X. Plyometrics was still a challenge after nine weeks. I was a little worried about hydration, but I drank a bunch of water today to aid the creatine.
Diet was good today. Only really change was an increase in water intake.
Tip of the day: Embrace the pain! If you are sore to the point that it is constantly noticeable, you are lucky. Results are just around the corner.
