Day 55: Tired of Rest Week

Day 55: Yoga X (Phase II Rest Week)

I love Yoga X, don’t get me wrong, but I am ready to get back to my beloved resistance exercises. I am really excited to revisit the beginning exercises. Rest week was nice, but the excitement of approaching day 60, combined with the desire to take it up a notch, makes it really tough to slow down.

Diet went well today. I have a little more to eat because I slept in today, but that’s ok. Sorry for cutting it short today. I have a big paper due this weekend and have to figure out how I am going to fit everything in.

Tip of the day: You are going to have high and low energy days. Make sure to give it 150% on those high energy days, because there will be days that you drag through the exercises. You are only human.
