Day 50: Phase II Rest Week Begins!

Day 50: Yoga X (Back on track!)

First off, I want to apologize to the readers who have been following each day. Last week was a little hectic and I wasn’t able to keep up the blog in a timely fashion. I am caught up and there will be posts/pictures up every night.

Finally, Phase II is coming to an end. Yoga X was a nice change of pace. I have been doing double workouts this weekend to make up for my two sick days last week. It feels good to be caught up. I can definitely see a change in my flexibility and I am getting closer and closer to holding crane for the entire count. Not bad…

Diet is good. I did go out to eat at Chipolte (Burrito place) for lunch. I ordered a a burrito bowl (no tortilla) black beans, chicken, sauteed vegetables, corn salsa, mild tomato salsa, cheese, and guacamole on the side. Water to drink. Even though I tried to place it healthy, I still felt like I was eating too much fat.

I am about to get serious with my diet. Fat free everything. Once I start creatine next week it will be really important that I eat enough protein and drink enough water. I am really excited to see if I can make some major gains over the next month. I want to be ripped when 90 days comes around. It kind of feels like a midlife crisis. I am half way through P90X and freaking out. Do you think that Beachbody sells red convertibles through their website? I wouldn’t doubt it.

Tip of the day: You get the results that you want. You can be as lenient or as strict with the diet. You can push as hard or as little as you want during the worsouts. In a lot of ways, you own your results.
