Sorry for the late posting. I have been playing catch up in every area of my life since getting sick. The virus that I had last from Tuesday to Friday. I managed to make up
Wednesday: Triceps, Shoulders, and Chest / Ab Ripper X
Friday: Biceps and Back / Ab Ripper X
Saturday: Yoga X and Kenpo X
Sunday: Legs, Back, and Ab Ripper X
So I missed Stretch X this week…. That is ok because I am just about to enter rest week and will have plenty of stretching to do. Also, being sick, I lost so more weight… I am not sure why. I was eating the same as usual and drinking lots of liquid. I am now at about 191.8 lbs.
Thanks for your patience with the late posting. It has been one tough week. I am almost caught up with life and look forward to having a somewhat normal schedule next week.
