Day 40: Legs and Back with Ab Ripper X
Today was a great workout. I put 110% into every move, used 30 lb. weights, and made sure to do at least 15 pull ups in every set. It felt good to look back on my past workouts and see that I blew those numbers out of the water today. Ab Ripper X was good too. I made sure to push for form until I felt the burn.
Diet was good today. I ate LOTS of chicken. I wish that I had time to cook something more creative, but that isn’t going to happen with school. I have my mid-term exam tomorrow and am all signed up for my next class: economics. Not my favorite.
Tip of the day: If you aren’t feeling the burn in Ab Ripper X, you are doing it wrong!. This may sound crazy, but Ab Ripper X gets easy after a while. You really have to put extra effort into your form to guarantee results. Get your chest and arms up; don’t forget to flex.
