Day 39: Yoga X
Love it! Yoga X is always a great workout. Today I really focused on keeping my core strong. Pushing for that extra core really helps with balance and flexibility as well. Due to a homework assignment, I got off to a late start: 9:30 p.m.. I don’t really like working out this late and was dreading the possibility of running out of energy half way through. Thankfully Yoga X rushed by and it was over before I knew it. Once again, I used my speed Yoga secret.
Diet was good today. I have to manage a big event at work tomorrow. It is 11:00 p.m. now and I am hoping for a solid six hours of sleep. Goodnight world.
Tip of the day: The Speed Yoga Secret………. Close your eyes! No really, that is the secret. Closing your eyes will take your mind off of the clock and make the workout fly! Try it and tell me that it doesn’t work.
