Day 37: Plyometrics X
I don’t know if it is legal to say this, but today Plyo felt kind of easy. I could do everything and keep up with the team just fine. I even did a few more reps on the breaks. Kind of strange coming from the guy who could barely even walk on day two. Anyways… I have noticed that some weeks are easier than others. Next week’s Plyo might really hit me hard. I hope so.
I am off to do homework, so I have to cut this blog short.
Tip of the day: Don’t speed up your workout if you are feeling like it is too easy. Just try to do more reps. Speed = Injury, as I learned in week four from Kenpo X.
