Day 32: Yoga X
I felt really good today. Lots of energy! I had a healthy soreness in my biceps and legs from the past two days of working out, but I didn’t mind a bit. Yoga X took away the pain and got me stretched out and good as new. I am starting to see big differences in Yoga. I am able to hold harder poses for the full length of the video and I am becoming much more flexible. I made it through the whole warrior 3/half moon series without losing balance.
Along with Phase 2 comes changes to the diet. The nutrition guide called for 40% carbs, 40% protein, 20% fats. Since I am going to start taking creatine this week, I decided to keep the proteins a little higher. My new diet will be 46% protein, 36% carbs, 18% fat. It is not exactly the same as the nutrition guide, but I really need that protein to build muscle.
Tip of the day: Use Fit Day to check your daily percentages. If you don’t pay attention to your diet, your results will come much slow and plateau much earlier than they should.
