Day 29: Chest, Shoulders & Triceps, Ab Ripper X
That felt GREAT! Finally, something new. This was a much needed change. I didn’t push 100% because of my arm, but it was still a work out. I used 15 lbs for the majority of the exercises just to test my shoulder. Next week I will definitely bump it up to 25 lbs. I think that weight training actually helped my shoulder. Maybe it was the endorphins, but I didn’t even notice any pain. The only exercise that I had problems with was the circles. I am ready to bring it tomorrow!
Diet is good. Still eating the same thing.
NOW… tomorrow is day 30. That means weigh in and measurements. I am hoping to do a transformation video, but that might have to wait for the weekend. School is crazy and I need to get reading!
