Day 28: Stretch X or Rest (Really did Yoga and Core Synergistics)
The past three days have been horrible: out with a shoulder injury. After a few days of Stretch X, I was ready to jump back into the game. I did Yoga X and Core Synergistics to make up for lost time. I took it slower than usually, but did the best that I could for my current condition. I am back on track and ready to begin Phase Two tomorrow.
Diet is good.
Tip of the day: Getting back on track is 10 times harder than getting off track. Push yourself, but be careful not to push too hard. Injuries suck. Do all you can to avoid them.
