Day: 27: Core Synergistics (Replaced by Stretch X)
My arm is getting better. I can raise it above my head without significantly less pain than yesterday. I was not able to complete Yoga X today, but I didn’t want to risk further injury. Therefore, this is day 3 of Stretch X. Tomorrow I will try Yoga X and Core Synergistics to get back on track. I am excited to get back into the swing of things, but know the importance of letting an injury heal. I have also come to the realization that P90X is a lifestyle change. I would like to do at least two rounds before getting on a maintenance schedule. Therefore, three days of healing is not detrimental to my progress.
Diet was good again.
Tip of the day: Stretch X gets REALLY boring after the second day. If you are strategic about it, you can take quick cat naps in between poses!
