Above is my first look at the P90X program. I am really excited to get started!
The UPS packages slowly started piling up this week. At this point, I have the following:
1. P90X Program
2. Exercise Equipment
The final task before I can push play: Grocery Shopping. I have been reading the nutrition guide and exercise chart to get a better idea on how life will be after starting P90X. It is saying that I need to eat 3000 calories per day. Nine servings of protein… That seems like a ton! I am going to have to set aside a few hours just to plan out my meals…
My First Impressions: It looks like it will be a busy, painful, and filling three months. I will have to adjust my schedule to fit everything in. We will see if the reward is worth the effort, in 90 days.

Saturday, January 30, 2010: Nutrition Planning/Grocery Shopping
Sunday, January 31, 2o1o: Before Photos/Fitness Test
Monday, February 1, 2010: Phase One – Day 1 of P90x
Tuesday, March 2, 2010: Phase Two- Day 30 of P90x
Thursday, April 1, 2010: Phase Three – Day 60 of P90x
Saturday, May 1, 2010: Round 1 Complete – Day 90 of P90x
I am tired and full of information at this point. It is time to get some sleep. You can expect a solid nutrition post on Saturday and my before pictures on Sunday. I have also decided that I will be doing daily blog posts during the 90 days to hold myself accountable.
